EXPO 2027 Belgrade caravan visits Bor to showcase regional culture

The EXPO 2027 Belgrade caravan, specifically the ‘Paviljon igre’ (Game Pavilion) program, recently visited the city of Bor. The event showcased the region's cultural and sporting heritage through music, folklore, dance, and traditional performances.

Tomislav Sarić, Director of the Planning and Development Sector for EXPO 2027, stated that the caravan is traveling to cities across Serbia to involve the entire country in the upcoming exhibition. He noted that over 11,000 candidates from 119 countries have applied for the volunteer program.

Bor Mayor Radiša Petković highlighted the event as an opportunity to present the potential of eastern Serbia to a global audience, emphasizing the city's role as an economic driver that also preserves its history and culture.
