Expo 2027 Belgrade selects consortium for international event support

Expo 2027 Belgrade has finalized a procurement process to secure support for organizing events in foreign countries and the surrounding region. The company selected a consortium comprising Berlin-based Media Consulta International Holding AG (MC Group) and Belgrade-based Stratcom International. The framework agreement is valued at a maximum of 352 million dinars, excluding VAT, with payments made based on approved and completed services.

The selected consortium achieved a maximum score of 100 points during the evaluation, which considered both financial aspects and quality criteria. MC Group brings extensive international experience, having worked with over 40 governments and major global entities on public diplomacy and national branding projects.

In preparation for the event, organizers are also conducting outreach to local businesses. A presentation was held in Leskovac to inform domestic companies of opportunities to participate in the project, which is scheduled to take place in Belgrade from May 15 to August 15, 2027. The exhibition is expected to involve over 140 countries and attract millions of visitors.
