EXPO 2027 signs 75 million dinar agreement for pavilion management
The EXPO 2027 company has concluded a procurement process for the management of the handover of pavilions, public, and service spaces within the Expo complex. A framework agreement has been signed with the Belgrade-based company PLAN1ST DOO.
The estimated maximum value of the agreement is 75,000,000 dinars excluding VAT, with individual payments to be made based on the client's specific needs. The selected partner will be responsible for coordinating the takeover and transfer of pavilions and various zones, including international and partner pavilions, Zone E, the residential zone, and other areas in Zone A. Responsibilities include preparing procedures, dynamic plans, documentation, deficiency control, and final verification.
Danilo Jerinić, director of EXPO 2027, stated that preparations are entering a critical phase where pavilions and spaces will be taken over and prepared for participants alongside the completion of construction works. The specialized exhibition, EXPO 2027 Belgrade, is scheduled to take place from May 15 to August 15, 2027, under the theme ‘Play(ing) for Humanity: Sport and Music for All’.
