Expofeira in Feira de Santana announces traffic and registration rules

The 47th Expofeira (Feira de Santana Agricultural Exhibition) is scheduled to take place from September 6 to 13 at the João Martins da Silva Exhibition Park.

To ensure safety and traffic flow, authorities have prohibited pedestrians and vehicles from entering the park via the BR-324 highway. This restriction follows a judicial order intended to prevent congestion and accidents on the main highway. Access for the public must be made through Avenida Nóide Cerqueira, while special municipal buses will use an isolated area for passenger drop-off.

Regarding event participation, the deadline for animal registration is August 21, 2026, though this may close earlier if park capacity is reached. All animals must be pre-registered with the Secretariat of Agriculture through their respective breed associations. The exhibition has established specific rules for the use of pens, boxes, and corrals to manage the park's physical capacity.
