United States regions face extreme heat advisories and warnings

Multiple regions across the United States are facing extreme weather conditions, primarily driven by intense heat advisories and warnings.

In Florida, an Extreme Heat Warning is in effect for Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, with heat index values expected to reach up to 112°F. This follows a record high of 100°F recently recorded at Miami International Airport. In Alabama, a heat advisory has been issued for West Alabama, where heat indices are projected to reach between 105°F and 111°F across several counties, including Tuscaloosa and Lamar.

Other regions are also under alert. Southeast Idaho is facing a heat advisory with temperatures expected between 94°F and 100°F. In California, the Santa Ynez Mountains are under both a wind advisory, with gusts up to 45 mph, and a heat advisory with temperatures ranging from 92°F to 105°F.
