Deutsche Telekom Leads July 2026 Share Repurchase Filings by German Firms
In late July 2026 several German companies reported share‑repurchase activity through EQS disclosures. Deutsche Telekom AG announced the purchase of 1,336,149 shares between 27 July and 31 July, bringing its total repurchased shares since 1 July to 6,363,064. IVU Traffic Technologies AG bought 17,289 shares in the same period, raising its cumulative buyback total to 94,887 shares. Fabasoft AG acquired 3,477 shares, resulting in a total of 66,296 shares repurchased since April 2026.
Adidas AG reported the second tranche of its buyback programme, with 2,009,049 shares repurchased by 31 July, following an earlier tranche started in February 2026. Alzchem Group AG disclosed a purchase of shares worth €19,999.99 at €161.40 per share on 31 July. Additionally, Viromed Medical AG disclosed an insider sale by director Heike Perbandt of 38,000 shares at €7.60 each on 29 July.
All transactions were executed on the Xetra platform of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and are part of ongoing corporate capital‑return strategies.
