Fabrizio Corona and Stefano De Martino involved in disputed Milan pursuit

Conflicting accounts have emerged regarding a police incident in Milan involving Fabrizio Corona and Stefano De Martino. Reports from media outlets like Oggi suggest that De Martino may have prompted the police intervention by reporting Corona’s driving behavior after a pursuit involving De Martino on a motorcycle.

Following a brief chase, Carabinieri officers intercepted Corona’s SUV. Authorities reportedly discovered that Corona was driving without a valid license and that his vehicle was subject to an administrative seizure, leading to a formal complaint and vehicle impoundment.

Fabrizio Corona has denied allegations that he was targeting De Martino, claiming instead that he was pursuing individuals responsible for a previous physical assault against him. While journalist Selvaggia Lucarelli has supported the version of events suggesting Corona was following De Martino, Corona maintains that any encounter between the two was purely coincidental.
