Falcón governor inaugurates 21km of rehabilitated agricultural roads

Governor Víctor Clark has inaugurated the first 21 kilometers of rehabilitated agricultural roads in the Falcón state sierra region. The project connects the municipalities of Petit, Bolívar, and Federación, benefiting more than 600 local producers.

The improved infrastructure optimizes the transport of goods for communities including La Despedida, Murucusa, Tocomoro, Pirisa, Santa Rosa, and La Lanuza. These producers generate a monthly output exceeding 80 tons of milk and cheese.

This initiative is part of a broader asphalt plan that includes the Coro-Churuguara highway, where over 10,000 tons of asphalt have been applied. The works involve removing deteriorated layers, pothole repair, clearing vegetation, and correcting edge failures to strengthen the regional agricultural and livestock economy.
