Fatal motorcycle accidents reported in Amravati and Tonk

Two separate fatal road accidents involving motorcycles and heavy vehicles have been reported in India.

In Amravati, 35-year-old Narendra Rajendra Jhanjad died after his motorcycle hit an unmarked speed breaker on the Amravati-Paratwada main road. The impact caused him to lose control and fall under the rear wheel of a passing truck. Local residents have expressed outrage, citing a lack of warning signs and white markings on speed breakers as a major safety hazard.

In Tonk, a 65-year-old man identified as Gopilal was killed on the Jaipur-Kota National Highway near the Banthli bypass. A speeding trolley collided head-on with his motorcycle, dragging him for approximately 200 meters. The driver of the trolley fled the scene, leaving the vehicle behind. Police have seized the trolley and are investigating the incident.
