FBI and Philadelphia police find human DNA at ‘House of Horrors’

Investigators from the FBI and Philadelphia police have discovered human DNA at a residence in the Olney neighborhood known as the ‘House of Horrors.’ During a search of the West Chew Avenue property, authorities used luminol to identify potential traces of blood, which resulted in the discovery of DNA in several locations.

The investigation is centered on the late Raymond ‘R. C.’ Horsch and a property linked to as many as seven missing women. Investigators believe five of these women may be deceased. While DNA has been recovered, officials have not yet confirmed if human remains have been found at the site.

Authorities are also conducting searches of the backyard for possible remains. The recovered DNA will undergo further testing as the investigation continues to seek answers regarding the fate of the missing women.
