A&P Creations recalls supplements over undeclared prescription ingredients
A&P Creations LLC has recalled two sexual enhancement supplements, X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement and biQ-FEL, after FDA laboratory testing identified undeclared prescription ingredients. The products contained sildenafil and tadalafil, the active components in Viagra and Cialis, respectively.
Health officials warned that these undeclared substances can interact dangerously with nitrates found in certain prescription medications, such as nitroglycerin, potentially causing blood pressure to drop to life-threatening levels. Individuals with conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or high blood pressure are at particular risk.
The recalled products were distributed through Amazon, Walmart.com, and naturefuel.us between December 15, 2024, and June 11, 2026. X10 is a liquid product packaged in red and gold boxes containing 15 mL sachets, while biQ-FEL is a liquid sold in 500 mL bottles. As of mid-September 2026, no adverse incidents related to these recalls have been reported.
