Federica Brignone dreams motherhood, world‑surfing after ski career

Olympic alpine skier Federica Brignone told the Corriere della Sera she hopes to become a mother and, once she retires from competition, to travel the globe surfing. She described recent recovery from injury, her love for both snow and sea, and her plan to surf from places such as San Salvador to the Maldives.

Brignone also compared her popularity to fellow Italian star Jannik Sinner, noting that while Sinner flies on a private jet, she still flies with Ryanair. She said she will wait on motherhood until her athletic career ends and kept details of her relationship with her partner, James, private.
