Federico Chiesa linked to Serie A return amid Liverpool struggles
Federico Chiesa is reportedly considering a departure from Liverpool during the upcoming winter transfer window due to limited playing time and physical challenges. After joining the Premier League club in the summer of 2024, the Italian winger has struggled to secure a consistent role in the squad and was notably excluded from the Champions League roster.
Several Serie A clubs have expressed interest in bringing the former Juventus player back to Italy. Inter Milan is monitoring his profile as a potential offensive reinforcement, while Atalanta and Lazio are also cited as interested parties. However, a move to Lazio could be complicated by financial constraints, as the club would need to manage his reported salary of over 6 million euros per season.
