Federlogistica and OCIMI sign strategic agreement with Morocco

Federlogistica and the Organismo del Commercio e dell’Industria del Marocco in Italia (OCIMI) have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen logistics cooperation between Italy and Morocco.

The agreement focuses on leveraging Morocco’s position as a major Mediterranean logistics hub, specifically highlighting the Tanger Med port. The partnership aims to facilitate internationalization for Italian logistics firms through business missions, B2B meetings, and joint participation in industry trade fairs.

Massimo Berutti has been appointed as the Federlogistica delegate in Morocco to oversee the project. The initiative comes amid Morocco’s significant economic growth, including a 4.5% GDP increase, and its expanding commercial ties with Europe.
