Fedez: Waiter alleges assault by nightclub security in Milan

A 22-year-old waiter in Milan has filed a formal complaint alleging he was assaulted by nightclub security staff following an incident involving the rapper Fedez. The event occurred in the early hours of October 3 at a club in the northwest periphery of Milan, near Viale Certosa.

According to the complaint, the waiter took a photograph of Fedez with his smartphone. Security personnel and the rapper's private bodyguards reportedly approached the waiter and demanded that the image be deleted. The waiter claims he complied with the request immediately. However, the situation escalated when club security returned to verify the deletion. The waiter alleges that staff members seized his phone to show it to the rapper's bodyguards and subsequently physically assaulted him in the darkness of the venue.

The Milan Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation into the matter to reconstruct the events. Carabinieri arrived at the scene around 4:20 AM following an emergency call from a customer, but the involved parties had already left the premises by the time officers arrived.
