Fernando Cerimedo faces legal battles in Bolivia and Argentina

Fernando Cerimedo, an Argentine political consultant and former advisor to Javier Milei, is facing multiple legal challenges in Bolivia and Argentina. In Bolivia, Cerimedo is currently in preventive detention at Palmasola prison, facing charges of attempted femicide against his partner, Nadia Beller. Additionally, he is under investigation for alleged illicit enrichment.

During an informative statement to Bolivian authorities, Cerimedo claimed his monthly income is approximately one million dollars, derived from digital marketing and communication companies located in Argentina and the United States, such as Numen Group Inc. He asserted that these funds are legitimate and do not include any business activities conducted within Bolivia, where he claims he has no corporate entities.

In Argentina, Cerimedo is facing at least three commercial lawsuits regarding unpaid debts. These include a claim by Flucuad Net Mergitur Argentina S.A. for US$ 500,000 and disputes involving promissory notes totaling US$ 80,000 and 70 million pesos. His legal defense maintains that his wealth is tied to his international business ventures and is preparing documentation to substantiate his financial standing.
