Ferrari announces $560,800 starting price for Luce EV

Ferrari has officially announced the starting price for the Luce, the automaker’s first electric vehicle. The luxury EV will start at $560,800, which is approximately $80,000 less than initial estimates based on European pricing, though it remains the most expensive five-seater production car currently on the market, exceeding the Rolls-Royce Cullinan's highest trim by roughly $50,000.

Designed in collaboration with Jony Ive and Marc Newson, the Luce features a four-motor electric powertrain producing 1,035 horsepower. The vehicle is expected to reach the United States in the second quarter of 2027. Technical specifications include a 122-kWh battery providing an estimated 280 miles of range and a 0-62 mph acceleration time of 2.5 seconds.

The Luce introduces several novelties to the Ferrari lineup, including its first-ever bench seat for three rear passengers and the largest wheels ever fitted to a roadgoing Ferrari. While the base price is set, the final cost for customers may increase significantly through bespoke options and customizations.
