Festa do Peão de Barretos to implement facial biometrics and new tech

The 71st edition of the Festa do Peão de Barretos will implement various technological solutions to manage its large-scale operations. The event, which spans 11 days and expects approximately 900,000 visitors, will utilize facial biometrics for access control to improve security and reduce entry times.

Additional technological integrations include automatic license plate recognition for official parking, which allows for seamless entry via mobile app pre-registration or toll tags. These systems are designed to manage the flow of people and vehicles across the 2 million square meter Parque do Peão complex, covering areas such as the arena, stages, and camping sites.
