Fiat maintains leadership in Italian automotive market
Fiat continues to maintain a leading position in the Italian automotive market. In the first seven months of 2026, Fiat and Fiat Professional recorded 148,358 registrations, capturing a 12.6% market share. In July alone, the brands held a 12.8% share with 17,729 registrations, marking a 1.6 percentage point increase compared to July 2025.
Specific model performance includes the Pandina Hybrid, produced in Pomigliano, which was the best-selling car in Italy in July with 8,472 registrations. Additionally, Fiat leads the micro-mobility sector with the Topolino, which secured a 40.3% market share in the light electric quadricycle segment in July.
Regarding new product developments, the Fiat Grizzly Fastback is undergoing road testing ahead of its public debut at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. The SUV coupé, which features a 4.50-meter length and a 600-liter trunk, is expected to arrive in dealerships following its official unveiling.
