Fiat prepares to launch Grizzly SUV with aggressive pricing

Fiat is preparing to launch the Grizzly, a new SUV model designed for global markets including Turkey, Latin America, and Europe. Gaetano Thorel, Stellantis manager for Fiat and Abarth in Europe, indicated that the vehicle's pricing strategy is intended to be highly competitive, stating that the price will “shock the market” once revealed.

Built on the Stellantis Smart Car platform—the same architecture used for the Citroen C3 and Fiat Grande Panda—the Grizzly will be approximately 4.5 meters long. The model will be offered in two body styles: a traditional SUV and a more sporty fastback version.

Powertrain options will include the new Stellantis Turbo 100 gasoline engine, a 1.2-liter mild hybrid (MHEV), and a fully electric version. The name Grizzly was chosen to signify its position as the largest member of the Panda family.
