Fiat unveils Argo X hatch and Grizzly SUV details for Brazil

Fiat confirmed the name of its upcoming small hatch, the Argo X, for the Brazilian market. The model, based on the European Grande Panda, is slated for launch in the third quarter of 2026 and will be offered in four trims. Entry‑level versions will receive a 1.0‑liter Firefly engine with 75 hp and a five‑speed manual, while higher trims will use the 1.0 T200 engine paired with a lightweight hybrid system and a CVT that simulates seven gears. Standard driver‑assist features include lane‑keeping aid, unintentional lane‑departure warning, driver‑fatigue detection and automatic emergency braking; top trims add traffic‑sign recognition and automatic high‑beam switching.

Separately, images of the interior of the new Fiat Grizzly SUV – the successor to the Pulse and Fastback – have been released. The cabin adopts an all‑black design with a redesigned horizontal dashboard, contrast stitching and a suspended central‑tunnel that creates extra storage space. A nostalgic graphic on the seats references Fiat’s 1980s logos. The Grizzly will share the Grande Panda’s platform and will be available in internal‑combustion, mild‑hybrid and fully electric versions, with European sales expected from October 2026.
