In Brackel, multiple companies are planning overlapping fiber optic network expansions. This simultaneous development means that property owners may not automatically benefit from a free choice of internet service providers despite the increased infrastructure.

In Bad Wörishofen, Miecom Netzservice is managing the final assembly of fiber optic connections in several villages. Work is progressing in Dorschhausen and is scheduled to continue in Stockheim, Kirchdorf, and Schlingen. Additionally, installations in the Oberes Hart industrial area are underway, utilizing signals from Telekom and M-net to support an open-access network designed to allow residents to choose their preferred provider.
