Fidenza launches new Casa della Comunità health center
On 29 June 2026 the Casa della Comunità in via Carducci 55, Fidenza, opened to the public. The centre provides a range of health and social services, including a unified access desk (CUP) operating until 3 July, a point for collecting sanitary supplies, home nursing assistance, a report‑retrieval desk, specialist outpatient clinics for pulmonology and cardiology, and a community point run by volunteer associations. A Single Access Point (PUA) brings together health operators from the local health authority (ASL) and social workers from the district to guide citizens to appropriate services.
Five general practitioners—Sergio Cazzato, Emanuele Ferrari, Tiziano Fini, Fulvio Lucchini and Andrea Puerari—began work on the same day, with additional doctors to join after the first‑floor works are completed. The facility is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. The project cost €5.3 million, financed with €3.3 million from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), €1.1 million from the ASL, and the remainder from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility.
