Film festivals and French cinema programs scheduled across Croatia

Several film events are scheduled across Croatia this September. The Rendez-vous au cinéma program, organized in collaboration with the Croatian Audiovisual Centre and the French Institute, will showcase French films at the Dom kulture in Nova Gradiška from September 15 to September 22. The program includes the romantic comedy ‘Electric Kiss’, the drama ‘Bonds That Connect Us’, the animated film ‘Hello, World’, and the 1995 psychological thriller ‘Ceremony’. All screenings in this program are free of charge.

Additionally, the 19th edition of the Four River Film Festival will take place in Karlovac from September 15 to September 19. This festival focuses on young filmmakers and their creative work, offering a platform for education and networking. This year, the festival received 1,593 international entries from 103 countries, with 72 films selected for the official program. The international competition features authors from 23 different countries.
