Final Fantasy X 25th Anniversary Cafe to launch in Japan
The NS Group and Pasela Group have announced the ‘FINAL FANTASY X 25TH ANNIVERSARY CAFE’, scheduled to run from September 11 to December 2, 2026. Operating under license from Square Enix, the event will take place simultaneously across four locations in Japan: the officially licensed Square Enix Cafe & Shop in Shinjuku, Tokyo, and Square Enix Pop Up Cafes in Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya.
The event is divided into two phases: the first from September 11 to October 22, and the second from October 23 to December 2. The Shinjuku location will offer both the collaboration menu and its standard grand menu, while the pop-up locations in Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya will exclusively serve collaboration-themed items.
Menu items inspired by the game include the ‘Zanarkand Parent and Child Donburi’, ‘Blitzball Viewing Basket’, and various themed drinks such as ‘Yuna’s Fruit Peach Lemonade’. Customers will use a mobile ordering system via QR code. The cafe space requires a 1,200 yen charge fee, which includes a drink and random collectible coasters or placemats. A dedicated merchandise space will also be available to the public regardless of cafe usage.
