Final summer markets take place in Écouché‑les‑Vallées and La Ferté‑Macé, France

On Friday 7 August 2026, Écouché‑les‑Vallées in the Orne department held its third and final summer market for local producers, running from 17:00 to 22:00 on the Place du Général‑Warabiot. Organized by the association Écubéenne Voix‑Là in partnership with the municipality, stalls offered jams, drinks, eggs, vegetables and other regional specialties. The evening concluded with a concert by musician Emmanuel Toutain.

The day before, on 31 July 2026, the Centre socioculturel Thérèse Letinturier in La Ferté‑Macé hosted the fourth edition of its summer guinguette. About 63 participants gathered for food, dancing and live music performed by singer‑accordionist Richard Berry. Organizers said the event aims to become permanent and may expand to additional dates in 2027.
