Financial Academy launches training programs for 125 graduates
The Financial Academy has launched five specialized training programs designed to qualify more than 125 recent graduates for the financial sector. This initiative is being implemented in cooperation with the Sectoral Skills Councils and the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and in coordination with the Insurance Authority.
The programs aim to provide graduates with the specialized knowledge and skills required by the market, including securities, corporate banking, cybersecurity, insurance, and medical insurance claims. The initiative is part of a broader effort to support Saudi Vision 2030 by enhancing the readiness of national talent to enter the workforce.
Mane Al-Khamsan, CEO of the Financial Academy, stated that qualifying graduates is an investment in the future of the financial sector, noting that the programs are designed to transform market needs into clear training pathways. Iman Al-Yami, Secretary-General of the Sectoral Skills Councils, added that these programs are part of a series of planned initiatives for 2026 to increase the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market.
