Fiorini Pesaro Rugby wins pre-season test match in Gubbio

Fiorini Pesaro Rugby concluded its pre-season preparations with a test match in Gubbio against a newly promoted Serie A side. The match ended in a 33-19 victory for Pesaro.

Coach Marcelo ‘Tato’ Martino noted that while the team showed good character and strong performance in lineouts and mauls, they lost focus during the second half. He emphasized the importance of these matches for rhythm and discipline as the team prepares for the Serie A1 season, which officially begins on October 18 against Unione Rugby Capitolina. The team's home debut is scheduled for October 25 against VII Rugby Torino.

In youth divisions, the Fosso Sejore Rugby Club Under 16 team secured a 98-0 win against Ascoli, while the Under 18 side defeated Jesi Rugby 1970 with a score of 46-10.
