Fitness brands expand specialized personal training services

Fitness professionals are expanding specialized training services in different global markets. In the United Kingdom, Rebekah Aitken and Michael Smith are launching Pump Fitness Studios near Beccles. The facility, located at Ellough Industrial Estate, is scheduled to open in late October and will focus on small-group personal training to combine individual attention with community motivation.

In Southeast Asia, MOVE Private Fitness has expanded into Singapore with new studios in Tanjong Pagar and River Valley. Founded in Malaysia by Justin Foo and CJ Lee, the brand operates 25 studios across Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore. The company utilizes a one-to-one appointment model that emphasizes movement, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle rather than traditional group classes or crowded gym floors.
