Five labourers killed in Washuk district, Balochistan

At least five unarmed labourers from Punjab were shot dead by unidentified armed men in the Mashkel area of Washuk district, Balochistan. The victims were working at a shop when the gunmen opened fire, killing all five on the spot. Their bodies are being sent to their hometowns after legal formalities.

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti condemned the attack as a terrorist act against Pakistan’s unity and ordered an investigation. Security forces have launched a search operation to track down the perpetrators. The incident has been linked by security sources to the Fitna al‑Hindustan terrorist group.
