Flamengo rejects Dynamo Moscow offer for Gonzalo Plata

Flamengo has rejected an initial proposal from Dynamo Moscow for Ecuadorian attacker Gonzalo Plata, deeming the offer insufficient. Reports indicate the Russian club has offered between 10 and 12 million euros (approximately 60 to 72 million reais) to acquire the 25-year-old.

Flamengo management is reportedly seeking a figure closer to 15 million euros (around 90 million reais) for the player. The club has expressed a preference for immediate payment rather than installments, driven by the need to secure a replacement within the current transfer window.

Plata, who joined Flamengo from Al-Sadd, has been a key part of the squad during recent trophy wins, including the Libertadores and the Brazilian Championship. His market value has been bolstered by his recent performances with the Ecuadorian national team.
