Florida Announces 2026 Election Schedule with Mobile Voter Registration and Early Voting

The Florida Election Office released its 2026 calendar for voter services. A mobile registration unit will travel across interior Florida from August through October, stopping in communities such as San Gabriel, Sarandí Grande, 25 de Mayo, Reboledo, Casupá, Cardal, Cerro Colorado, and Mendoza Grande. The service will handle first‑time registrations, transfers and renewals of civic credentials, requiring an ID and a $200 fee for transfers and renewals.

For the 2026 primaries, the state mandated early‑voting to run from August 8 to August 15, with the primary election on August 18. While August 15 is the latest guaranteed early‑voting day, each county may extend the period up to two days before the in‑person poll, offering additional days if they choose.
