Florida Primary Election Voting Deadlines and Early Voting Sites

Brevard County voters must request a mail ballot for the Aug 18, 2026 primary by 5 p.m. on Aug 6. Requests can be made through the county’s online service, by phone (321‑290‑VOTE), or in person at one of four election offices. Tim Bobanic, Brevard County Supervisor of Elections, said mail‑ballot requests submitted this cycle remain valid through Dec 31, 2026.

Orange County opened early voting for the same primary on Aug 3, running through Aug 15 at 27 locations, including seven new sites. Polls are open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; voters must present a photo‑ID with signature and may also drop off their mail‑in ballot during early‑voting hours.
