Rio Grande do Norte gubernatorial race shows shifting poll numbers

New DataVero/Diário do RN polling shows shifts in the race for the governorship of Rio Grande do Norte. Allyson Bezerra (União Brasil) maintains his lead, though his percentage dropped to 34.94% when political endorsements were factored in.

Cadu de Lula (PT) saw growth, rising to 23.21% with endorsements, while Álvaro Dias (PL) experienced a decline in support, reducing the gap between the leading candidate and the second-place contenders. In scenarios without specific endorsements, the gap between Álvaro and Cadu narrowed significantly, leaving them in a technical tie within the margin of error.

Political movements in the region continue as Allyson Bezerra strengthens his municipal base. He has secured the support of mayors from Pendências, Nísia Floresta, and Pureza, who previously aligned with Álvaro Dias. This shift bolsters Allyson’s presence in the Vale do Açu and the Metropolitan Region of Natal, while simultaneously weakening the PL's local structure.
