Foça hosts CEV U18 Beach Volleyball European Championship

The CEV U18 Beach Volleyball European Championship has concluded in Foça, Turkey. The tournament featured approximately 70 teams representing 35 different countries, competing in both men’s and women’s categories.

In the women’s division, the Netherlands secured the championship by defeating Ukraine. In the men’s division, Austria took the title after defeating France. Germany achieved third-place finishes in both the men’s and women’s categories.

The event, held between September 17 and 20, utilized multiple courts, including the main court at the Foça Municipality Ali İlçan Social Facilities and courts at the İtfaiye Square. The championship included an opening parade featuring athletes and delegations from across Europe.
