Fontaines D. C. performs at Hollywood Forever Cemetery

Irish band Fontaines D. C. performed a 19-song set at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles. The outdoor concert, held under a nearly full moon, featured an opening set by Rew.

The band performed tracks from their previous albums, Romance and Skinty Fia, alongside new material from their upcoming fifth album, Dopamine Chamber, which is scheduled for release on October 16. During the performance, the group played the newly released track “Marianne” and provided previews of two unreleased songs, “Tongue” and “Happy For You.”

The performance included a dedication of the song “It’s Amazing to Be Young” to Hollywood Forever resident David Lynch. Throughout the event, audience members were observed waving Palestinian flags and chanting “Free, Free Palestine.” This Los Angeles show was one of two underplay dates in the United States.
