Former PGN Director and IAE Commissioner Charged in Multi‑Billion Rupiah Gas‑Trade Corruption Case
On 28 July 2026, the Jakarta Corruption Court heard the case of alleged gas‑trade kickbacks between state‑owned PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) and PT Inti Alasindo Energi (IAE). Prosecutors from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said former PGN director Hendi Prio Santoso and former IAE commissioner Arso Sadewa Cokro Subroto enriched themselves at the expense of the state.
