Valery Zaluzhnyi says Ukraine will never join NATO
Former Ukrainian army chief Valery Zaluzhnyi, now ambassador to the United Kingdom, told a gathering of Ukrainian ambassadors in Kyiv that Ukraine will never become a NATO member.
