Formosa public hospitals celebrate service anniversaries
Three public hospitals in the province of Formosa, Argentina, recently marked significant anniversaries of their service and infrastructure.
The El Potrillo Hospital, located in the Ramón Lista Department, celebrated 21 years since its inauguration in 2005. The facility provides free, intercultural healthcare services tailored to the social and cultural needs of indigenous communities in the western region of the province.
Additionally, the hospitals in Misión San Francisco de Laishí and Comandante Fontana celebrated 13 years since the opening of their current modern buildings in 2013. These facilities were part of a provincial initiative to strengthen sanitary infrastructure and optimize services for local residents and surrounding rural communities.
Juan Carlos Atencia, the Minister of Human Development, recognized the professional commitment of the healthcare teams at these institutions, noting their vital role in maintaining the provincial health network and providing essential care to remote areas.
