Fortnite servers back online after Chapter 7 Season 3 downtime

Epic Games took Fortnite servers offline on 6 June 2024 to roll out Chapter 7 Season 3 (Runners). A live‑ticker tracked the outage, noting that the downtime was slated to end around 07:00 CEST, though queue times varied and some players experienced longer waits.

The servers eventually came back online, and the update introduced new map sprites, weapons and a suite of collaborations—ranging from John Wick and Masters of the Universe to brand tie‑ins with Disney, Kakao Games and a Brazilian football star—based on leaks released during the pause.

Patch notes and further details were promised once Epic Games published the official changelog.
