France 5 wraps up season of ‘C politique’ and ‘En société’ shows

On Sunday 21 June 2026 France 5 broadcast the final episode of its political magazine ‘C politique’. Host Thomas Snégaroff presented the show, delivered a farewell message to viewers and thanked deputy director of programming Florent Dumont and the production team. The programme attracted around 490,000 viewers (about a 3 % audience share), a decline from the previous year.

The same evening the weekly magazine ‘En société’, presented by Emilie Tran Nguyen, aired its season finale. Nguyen was absent due to illness and was temporarily replaced by Snégaroff. The magazine will pause for the summer, with plans to resume in the next season. France 5’s upcoming schedule includes a documentary on footballer Kylian Mbappé and other programmes during the hiatus.

Both shows are expected to return after the summer break, continuing their coverage of national and international topics.
