Overview

French broadcasters continued to rely on reruns and schedule adjustments through August 2026. In July, France 2 led national television audiences with a 17.0% share, surpassing TF1’s 16.3%.

Barthès saw a peak of 1.51 million viewers during a segment featuring Camille Cottin. In prime-time, TF1 aired a new episode of ‘Camping Paradis’ titled ‘Coups de cœur au Paradis’, which drew approximately 3.00 million viewers, though it trailed M6’s ‘L’amour est dans le pré’. W9 also launched the tenth season of ‘Les Apprentis Aventuriers’, featuring new rules where contestants must earn pearls for food and comfort.

On 3 September, France 2’s season premiere of ‘Envoyé spécial’, hosted by Élise Lucet, saw lower viewership, drawing 883,000 viewers (5.9% market share). The program ranked fourth in its time slot, trailing TF1, France 3, and M6.
