Various regional initiatives in France are being organized to support those affected by Alzheimer's disease and neurocognitive disorders.

In Arnage, France Alzheimer Sarthe is hosting a community event on September 21, 2026, featuring a karaoke tea dance. During this event, Mayor Isabelle Cozic-Guillaume will sign the ‘Charte Ville Aidante Alzheimer’, marking the municipality's commitment to creating a more inclusive society for individuals living with neurocognitive impairments.

In Thuir, the association France Alzheimer Pyrénées-Orientales is hosting a ‘Café Mémoire Itinérant’ on September 16 to provide a space for family caregivers to connect and exchange information. Additionally, a series of cooking and nutrition workshops will be held throughout September and October to help caregivers better manage the dietary needs of their loved ones.
