Cultural institutions launch new seasonal programming
Various cultural institutions across France, Canada, and Switzerland are launching new seasonal programs. In France, the Abbaye Royale de l’Épau reported a 24% increase in attendance for its light and sound event, while the Halle aux Grains in Toulouse prepares for a year-end concert featuring Barbara Hannigan and Bertrand Chamayou. Other regional venues, including L’Intégral in Belley and the Michel-Manet cultural center in Bergerac, have unveiled diverse lineups spanning music, theater, and comedy.
In Canada, the Tangente dance program is introducing a new season focused on themes of bodily identity and resilience. Meanwhile, in Switzerland, the Knie circus continues its tradition of high-stakes international performances, including acrobatic displays by the Daredevils and Ukrainian equilibrist Valeriia Davydenko.
