France trail motorcycle registrations hit 10-year July record

The French trail motorcycle market reached a new milestone in July 2026, with 3,743 new registrations recorded. This figure represents a record high for the month of July over the last ten years, marking an increase of 204 units compared to the same period in the previous year. Leading brands in this segment include BMW, Honda, and Voge.

In the competitive maxi-trail segment, Benelli has launched the TRK 902 in France. The new model, available in Xplorer and Stradale versions, features a 904 cm3 engine producing 93.2 hp and 90 Nm of torque. Positioned as a high-value option, the motorcycle includes advanced features such as rear radar, heated seats, and heated grips, all priced below the €9,000 threshold.
