Francesco Guccini's will names wife as universal heir

The details of the late Italian singer-songwriter Francesco Guccini’s will have been revealed following his death on August 6 at age 86. A public will dated January 19, 2022, and registered on September 8, 2026, names his wife, Raffaella Zuccari, as the universal heir to his estate.

This inheritance includes significant properties, such as his home in Pavana in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and his residence at via Paolo Fabbri 43 in Bologna—a location deeply tied to his musical legacy and cultural identity.

Guccini’s daughter, Teresa, has been bequeathed his shares in the company Limentra srl and 50% of the economic copyrights related to his professional work as a singer and writer. Additionally, she was left several symbolic personal items, including the ‘Trameleluc’ guitar, a gold ring, and a Leonardo da Vinci watch.
