Franco Battiato and Lucio Dalla tribute concerts scheduled in Milo, Italy

The town of Milo in southern Italy will host two tribute concerts honoring singers Franco Battiato and Lucio Dalla. The first event, part of the fifth edition of the "Tributo a Franco Battiato e Lucio Dalla – Premio Caro Amico… Ti vengo a cercare," will take place on 9 August 2026 at the Arena Teatro Lucio Dalla. Organized by the Pro Loco of Milo under artistic direction of Alfio Zappalà, the evening will feature Amara and Simone Cristicchi, accompanied by the Ethos Orchestra conducted by Daniele Zappalà.

A second concert, titled "Voglio Vederti Danzare," is set for 28 August 2026 at the same venue. Produced by Menti Associate with Good Vibrations Entertainment and Ramires Entertainment, it will present the music of Battiato through performers David Cuppari and Giorgia Zaccagni, with artistic direction by Rossana Raguseo. Both concerts aim to celebrate the legacy of the two iconic Italian artists in the town they considered home, drawing thousands of attendees and reinforcing Milo’s cultural tourism.
