Free job‑readiness workshops launched in Godoy Cruz, Mendoza

The municipality of Godoy Cruz, together with UTHGRA, organized two free training sessions in July to improve customer‑service skills and employability. The first session on 16 July (9‑11 a.m.) focused on quality service, complaint handling, communication and stress management. The second session on 24 July (9‑12 a.m.) covered résumé writing, job‑portal use, interview techniques, AI tools for recruitment and soft‑skill development. Attendance is limited to unemployed residents aged 18 or older, requires prior registration and confirmation via WhatsApp.

Separately, the provincial Direction of Employment, part of the Secretariat of Production, began a four‑meeting cycle of Employability Workshops aimed at individuals serving conduct‑rule penalties. The workshops address self‑knowledge, personal strengths, life‑project planning and job‑search competencies such as CV preparation and interview practice. They are delivered by psychologists and social‑work interns in collaboration with the Judicial Conduct Office, reinforcing inter‑institutional efforts to promote social and labor reintegration.
