Free Summer Concerts Held in Deventer and Wassenaar, Netherlands

On Sunday 26 July 2026 the Muziekkoepel Nering Bögel in Deventer's Worpplantsoen hosted a free live‑music afternoon. Mute Coverband performed a mix of classic rock, ballads and modern hits, followed by the 64‑member shanty choir De Trossen Los, which sang songs in Dutch, German, English and Croatian.

Plein Musique organized three additional free concerts at the historic De Burcht in Wassenaar. On 30 August BombaNaranja opened the program with multilingual pop‑rock, and The Explosion Rockets delivered vintage rock‑'n‑roll. On 6 September Velvet Radio presented vintage‑styled versions of contemporary songs, and The TOTO Experience Tribute Band closed with hits such as “Africa” and “Hold the Line”. All events offered free entry, on‑site seating and drinks.

Both locations are municipal parks, and the concerts were promoted as community‑friendly summer music gatherings.
