Football transfers: Stassin joins Sevilla and Omobamidele moves to Anderlecht

Several football transfers involving French clubs have been finalized. Belgian striker Lucas Stassin has joined Sevilla FC on loan from AS Saint-Étienne. The loan agreement is valued at 2.5 million euros and includes an option to purchase the player for 25 million euros. Despite the move, Stassin recently extended his contract with Saint-Étienne until 2029.

In another move, Irish defender Andrew Omobamidele has joined RSC Anderlecht on loan from RC Strasbourg Alsace. The 24-year-old defender, who previously played 54 matches for Strasbourg, will compete in the Belgian first division for the duration of the season. This marks the 23rd departure from Strasbourg during the current summer transfer window.
